Eat Better – The Ayurveda Way!

Ayurveda is one of our oldest sciences. Its scholars worked out that disease happens as a result of poor digestion (agni) and undigested substances (ama). They also believed that we are all unique individuals and that there is no “one size fits all” magic wand to health and wellbeing.
At the end of this session you will;
*Learn how to eat according to your constitution (dosha)
* Understand the impact of environment, seasons and other factors on what we eat.
*Look at common kitchen herbs and how we can use them to support our agni.
*Learn how to make a simple herbal tea and a tridoshic curry.
*All wrapped around asana and pranayama to support our digestive capacity.
Bring your own lunch, a mug for the tea, yoga mat and blanket for a relaxation.
No previous knowledge of Yoga or
Ayurveda is necessary.
