Annan Practice - Wednesday the 21st June 2017 will be the last practice until after the summer to allow us time to have holidays and find a new venue which will be confirmed as soon as possible so watch this space or log onto the Yoga With Moira Facebook page.
Dumfries Yoga for Pregnancy - There will be no practices on Thursday 6th, 13th or 20th July. Back to normal on Thursday 27th July.
Dumfries Hatha - Jill Dobbie will be covering the practice on 6th and 13th but there will be no practice on the 20th July. Back to normal on the 27th July.

Classes consists of:
- Kaya Sthairyam (body stillness) and asana (postures) approx 1 hour
- Pranayama (working with the breath) and deep relaxation - approx 1/2 an hour
(Pregnancy Yoga classes are an hour and a quarter in length but will comprise all of the above but are adapted for pregnancy and contain some special pregnancy practices)
Classes all cost £7 if on a drop-in basis or £30 for a block of 5 with a flexible class pass as of 1st January 2017.
What do I need to bring?
A yoga mat if you have one, but there are mats to borrow. Loose clothing is recommended to allow your body to move freely and you'll need a blanket for the relaxation. No expensive trainers or the latest gym gear required. Although it is not advisable to drink during a standard yoga class, if you are pregnant you may become thirsty so please feel free to bring along some water.
