January is a time where we traditionally re-set our intentions but its the most challenging time of year to do this due to the long, dark nights and cold weather patterns. But we can address this by introducing warming practices with the body and breath to bring a renewed sense of energy and vitality to our practice following the principles of yoga and ayurveda. Time to fall in love with yoga all over again…no experience necessary!
