Sample Weekend Schedule

Friday

16.00 -18.00 Arrival and check-in with refreshments

18:00  Welcome – An introduction to your weekend and a chance to meet your hosts and the other mums.

19.30 – 20.30 – Dinner

20.30 – 21.30 – Introduction to yoga in pregnancy followed by meditation and Yoga Nidra (relaxation)

21.30 – Retire at leisure 

Saturday

8-9am Help Yourself breakfast

9.30 – Short walk or talk (we will invite people such as our local Sling Library to come and meet you)

10.30 – 12.30 Yoga and meditation

12.30 – 14.00 – Lunch and free time (walk, read, rest, chat to hosts)

14.00 – 17.00 – Hypnobirthing.

17.00 – 19.30 – Free time and/or treatments (added extra)

19.30 -20.30 – Dinner

20.30 – 21.30 – Guided meditation and relaxation

21.30 – Retire at leisure

Sunday

8-9am – Help Yourself breakfast

9.00 – 11.00 Hypnobirthing

11.00 – 12.00 – Yoga and Meditation

12.00 – 13.00 – Break and/or invited guests

13.00 – 14.00 – Lunch

14.00 – 15.00 – Reflection and questions

15.00 Goodbyes and depart
